.cs files should not be copied to the project directory, should not be “content”

http://jeffhandley.com/archive/2013/12/09/nuget-package-restore-misconceptions.aspx states that nuget restore will never restore “content” files. Since netfx files shouldn’t be version controlled, they should instead stay in the package directory and only be referenced with <Compile/> items in the .csproj rather than being copied into the project directly. This way, people’s rules to exclude packages folder from their VCSes will magically exclude the netfx files without further ado and the source files get restored by nuget restore.
